The Go_A brand sales team cares about the quality and safety of products sold on our website, so we have prepared this Public Offer, which defines all the conditions for purchase of products under TM Go_A brand, available in the range of products in our online store. The following information is addressed to any individual or legal entity and is an official public offer of Individual Entrepreneur Taras Mykhailovych Shevchenko (date and number of EDRPOU record: 2 067 000 0000 180403 dated 30.07.2020), who owns the right to use TM Go_A under Licence Agreement No. N/01/21 dated 10.11.2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). This Public Offer is an accession agreement, i.e. a general agreement for all buyers, and shall be entered into in electronic form, which is equivalent to written form pursuant to the Law of Ukraine On Electronic Commerce and Articles 787, 207 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. By completing the Buyer’s Questionnaire and paying for the product placed on go-a-band.com/merch website (hereinafter referred to as the Website), you accept the terms of this Public Offer and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.


1.1. Products under TM Go_A are original licensed products dedicated to the work of Go_A music band, available in the catalogue on the Website and displayed in the form of photo samples (hereinafter referred to as the Products).

1.2. All photo samples of the Products shall contain the following text information: description and availability of the Products, price, product items, size, and colour (if applicable to the type of products).

1.3. Carefully follow the current information about the price of the Products, as we reserve the right to change it unilaterally (this rule shall not apply to paid products).

1.4. Photo samples of the Products may differ to a lesser extent from the actual appearance of the Products due to the peculiarities of visual representation of colours or sizes of objects, depending on the settings of your device used for placing an order. Therefore, we recommend that you read the textual information about the Products before ordering them.


2.1. You have the right to order any product available and presented on the Website.

2.2. You order Products independently by adding the corresponding Product to the cart on the Website, or with the help of our manager, via email merch@go-a-band.com.

2.3. We commit to always have up-to-date information on our Website on the availability of Products, but sometimes, the ordered Product may not be available in the Seller’s warehouse. In this case, such Product shall be excluded from your order, or your order shall be cancelled. The funds you have paid shall be refunded to you.

2.4. If it is established that the Product is unavailable, you shall have the right to refuse this type of product, replace it with a similar one, or cancel your order.

2.5. You shall have the right to cancel the ordered Product at any time until it is shipped by emailing our manager.

2.6. If the order is cancelled, or you refuse from the Product before we ship it, we guarantee you that we will refund you the funds you have paid to the card account from which the payment was made.

2.7. We warn you that you shall be responsible for entering incorrect data, which made it impossible for the Seller to fulfil its obligations to sell the Product.

2.8. After you place an order, you will be offered to pay for the Product by any method convenient to you. Following that, an email will be sent to the email address you have provided specifying the order number, confirmation of payment, and the date of shipment of your order.

2.9. By making an order and paying for it, pursuant to Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of the public offer.


3.1. We aim to serve our Buyers on a high quality level and care for your time. That’s why, in order to maintain our operation speed, we work with non-cash 100% prepayment only; therefore, we do not accept payment on delivery of products by post or any payments in cash. 3.2. We determine the value of the Product independently on our Website. The cost of the order includes the cost of all the products you choose. The Buyer shall pay separately for delivery services.

3.3. The agreement price is equal to the value of the order and is payable in the national currency of Ukraine (UAH) by any method offered on the Website.

3.4. Upon crediting of funds you paid to the current account of the Seller, the order shall be considered paid for, and the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed agreed.

3.5. We shall have the right not to reserve the Product until we receive the payment. We do not guarantee that the Product is always available in the quantity you need, so please follow our updates and, if necessary, check the availability with our manager.

3.6. The Products shall be shipped after receipt of full payment.

3.7. The cost of delivery is not included in the total cost of the order.

3.8. The Products shall be shipped on the same day if you pay before 12:00 pm. If you pay after 12:00 pm, your order shall be shipped the next day.

3.9. Orders shall be shipped by such logistics companies as Nova Poshta, LLC, for delivery across Ukraine and Ukrposhta, JSC, for international orders.


4.1. We shall be responsible for the quality and completeness of the Products on our Website. That’s why we provide for your right to return substandard Product in the manner prescribed by the legislation in force in Ukraine.

4.2. The Buyer shall be solely liable for correctness of the entered data required for delivery of the order.

4.3. The Seller shall not be liable for damage to the products due to the fault of the carrier. We advise you to contact the staff of the logistics company to handle the situation that may occur.

4.4. When selling the Product, we are obliged to provide you with the Product that matches its description on our Website.

4.5. If you have any questions about the quality or completeness of the Products, please contact our manager by email at merch@go-a-band.com. The issue of refund in this case shall be handled ad hoc.

4.6. In the cases specified in this Agreement, the refund shall be made to the card account of the Buyer from which the payment was made, within ten (10) banking days.

4.7. Other conditions regarding the quality and conditions of return of products shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection and the legislation of Ukraine.


5.1. The Products shall be delivered by logistics company Nova Poshta, LLC, across the territory of Ukraine; international delivery shall be carried out by logistics company Ukrposhta.

5.2. Tariffs and terms of delivery shall be determined by logistics companies stated in 5.1..

5.3. After our team ships the Product, you will be sent a message containing details of your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery time of the Product.

5.4. In case of return of the Product, all logistics costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

5.5. Carefully inspect the product when you receive the delivery. In case the products are damaged during transportation by the postal service, you shall draw up a Product Breakage/Defect Certificate in the presence of a representative of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. You have to report the number of the Certificate and information about the number of damaged products to the manager of ov-shop.net online store by email.


6.1. The Seller and the Buyer shall be liable under their obligations in cases specified in this Agreement or in current legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. The Seller shall not be liable for the choice of the Product by the Buyer and the correctness of the details entered by the Buyer.


7.1. We do not rule out the possibility of force majeure, so it was decided that in the event of force majeure, the Parties to the Agreement shall not be liable for failure to fulfil obligations undertaken to implement the Public Offer.

7.2. In case of force majeure (war, revolution, act of terrorism, fire, natural disaster, boycott, strike, acts of state bodies, regardless of their legality or illegality, etc.) directly impeding the fulfilment of obligations under this Agreement, deadlines for such obligations shall be extended for the duration of force majeure.

7.3. The Parties are obliged to notify each other of the occurrence and termination of force majeure while attaching the verifying documents, within 3 working days from the date of force majeure occurrence. Late notification shall deprive the Party of the right to invoke any of the above circumstance as grounds for releasing it from liability for failure to fulfil its obligations. Proper verification of force majeure shall be a certificate of the relevant state body.

7.4. If force majeure lasts for more than one month and the Parties do not decide on whether they will be able to perform this Agreement, the Agreement shall be deemed terminated.


8.1. All legal relations arising from entering into this Public Offer or related to its implementation, including its validity, entering into it, its amendment and termination, interpretation of its terms, determination of consequences of invalidity or violation of the Public Offer shall be governed by this Public Offer and relevant regulations of the legislation in force in Ukraine, as well as by good business practices applicable to such legal relations on the basis of principles of good faith, reasonableness, and fairness. 8.2.
